Governance structures

Global Board

The Board represents the interest of all members of the LMC Network. It has overall responsibility for the governance of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited and the LMC Network and for oversight of the Network Leadership Team.

Network Leadership Team

This team sets the strategy and standards that the LMC network will follow.

Strategy Council

The Strategy Council, which is made up of the senior partners of some of the largest LMC firms, agrees on strategic direction and ensures alignment in the execution of strategy.

Our Leadership Team

This team, which reports to the Network Leadership Team, is responsible for key service line and functional areas across the LMC network.
